What Counts Toward 100%?

Not all tracked rewards contribute to the sector completion percentage shown in the Tram Terminal. Understanding what counts — and what doesn't — saves hours of confusion.

✓ Counts Toward 100%

  • Safe Boxes — containers holding Lunafilament, Mods, or Pure Lunum
  • Pure Lunum — rare upgrade material for high-tier weapon upgrades
  • REM (Read Earth Memories) — gifts for Diana, displayed in Shelter
  • Mods — equippable perks for Hugh and Diana
  • Storage Expanders — increase Diana's Hacking Gauge capacity
  • Cartridge Holders — add extra Repair Cartridge slots
  • Training Data — unlock Training Simulations at the Shelter

✗ Does NOT Count Toward 100%

  • Escape Hatches — checkpoints; their own trophy (Escape Artist) when all 27 found
  • Mini Cabin Figures — hidden robot figurines; own trophy (Mini-Hunter Supreme) for all 15
  • Red Zones / Red Gate Keys — the zones themselves don't count directly, but their Mod and Pure Lunum rewards do
  • Upgrade Components — orange-yellow crafting chips; important for upgrades but not tracked for completion
Red Zone rule: You must complete Red Zones because their Mod and Pure Lunum drops count toward 100%. But the Red Zone entry itself is not what's being tracked — it's the items inside.
Nothing is permanently missable. After completing the main story, Unknown Signal mode (also called Cleanup Mode) reopens every sector with all story-unlocked abilities active. Any gaps in your collection appear as remaining pickups — collect them at your own pace.

Backtracking Guide — Story-Locked Collectibles

Two story abilities gate collectibles you cannot reach on your first visit. The game marks these for backtracking, but it's worth knowing when each ability unlocks so you can clean up efficiently.

1

Lim Eraser — Destroys blue Lunafilament barriers

Unlocked automatically in Sector 2 (Mass Production Array), Block 05 — Lim Recycling Facility. No resources required; story progression only.

Items unlocked for backtracking:

  • ▸ Sector 1 · Generator Entrance — Storage Expander 1
  • ▸ Sector 1 · Power Distribution Center — Pure Lunum 1 + Safe Box 2
  • ▸ Sector 2 · Test Site Entrance — Safe Box 1 & 2
  • ▸ Sector 2 · Shopping District — Safe Box 5
  • ▸ Sector 2 · Business District — Safe Box 14
Recommendation: Immediately after getting the Lim Eraser, return to Sector 1 before continuing. These items are quick to grab and include a Storage Expander that helps in the upcoming Sector 2 boss fight.
2

Cleanse — Destroys red / dead Lunafilament barriers

Unlocked automatically in the late-game transition into Central Port, after fixing Diana. Story-only unlock; no resources required. Public guides vary between the names Cleanse, Cleansing, and Deletion Protocol.

Known items requiring Cleanse for backtracking:

  • ▸ Sector 2 · Mass Production Array — Safe Boxes 11 & 12
  • ▸ Sector 3 · Terra Dome — Safe Boxes 8 & 9, Pure Lunum 3
  • ▸ Sector 4 · Lunum Mines — Safe Boxes 2, 3 & 13, Storage Expander 1
Note: After getting Cleanse, do a complete backtracking sweep of Sectors 3 and 4 before finishing the main story. Post-game Unknown Signal mode also works, but earlier cleanup reduces final-session grind.

// Optional Challenge Rooms

Red Zones & Gate Keys — Why They Matter

Red Zones are not counted like standard checklist collectibles, but their reward items often are. If you are missing Pure Lunum, Mods, or premium side rewards, this is the side system most likely affecting your route.

// Unique Mechanic

Mini Cabin Figures — How They Work

Mini Cabin figures are Pragmata's equivalent of Resident Evil's Mr. Raccoon bobbleheads. They behave differently from every other collectible type — make sure you know the rules before hunting them.

How to Collect

  • You must shoot each figure to claim it — you cannot pick it up.
  • Any weapon works. The figure shatters and automatically appears on the display desk in your Shelter.
  • They emit a "ta-da" audio cue when you are close — listen for it.
  • They do not appear via Diana's Object Scan. You must find them visually or by audio.
  • They unlock after clearing Sector 1. A file on the Shelter desk explains the mechanic.

Collectibles FAQ

How many collectibles are in Pragmata?

Pragmata contains 184 sector collectibles across 5 sectors: Solar Power Plant (15), Mass Production Array (39), Terra Dome (47), Lunum Mines (45), and Central Port (38). They span 9 types: Safe Boxes (70), Escape Hatches (27), Mini Cabins (15), Pure Lunum (21), REMs (16), Mods (22), Storage Expanders (5), 2 field Cartridge Holders, and Training Data (6). The wider collectible reward count rises to 188 once you include the 4 Shelter Cartridge Holder rewards from Cabin's Stamp Club.

Can you permanently miss collectibles?

No. All 184 sector collectibles can be retrieved in Unknown Signal mode — the post-story cleanup mode unlocked after completing the main campaign. Some items are gated behind the Lim Eraser (Sector 2) or Cleanse (Sector 5) abilities, which you won't have on your first visit to early sectors. The game marks these for backtracking.

What actually counts toward 100% sector completion?

The following clearly count: Safe Boxes, Pure Lunum, REMs, Mods, Storage Expanders, Cartridge Holders, and Training Data. Mini Cabins do NOT count toward sector %, but they do have their own trophy. Escape Hatches are less settled in public launch-week guides, so the safest practical rule is to unlock all 27 for Escape Artist and not rely on them as percentage math alone. Red Zone entries don't count directly — but the Mods and Pure Lunum you earn inside them do.

How do I collect Mini Cabin figures?

Mini Cabins must be shot with any weapon — you cannot pick them up like other items. They make a "ta-da" audio cue when you're nearby. They do NOT appear via Diana's Object Scan. There are exactly 3 per sector (15 total). Collecting all 15 unlocks the Mini-Hunter Supreme trophy/achievement.

What does Object Scan do and how do I get it?

Object Scan is Diana's upgraded scanning ability that highlights nearby collectibles, interactables, and hidden items on the HUD. It is purchased through the Unit Printer in the Shelter using Lunafilament. It does not reveal Mini Cabin figures — those must be found by sight and sound.

What are Red Zones and do I need to complete them?

Red Zones are optional combat challenge rooms locked behind Red Gate Keys found in each sector. Completing them rewards Pure Lunum and sometimes Mods — both of which count toward 100% sector completion. So while the Red Zone itself isn't tracked, you effectively must complete them to reach 100%. Some Red Gate Keys can be purchased from Cabin at the Shelter using Cabin Coins.

What do REMs (Read Earth Memories) do?

REMs are gifts collected for Diana. Each one is displayed as a physical toy (slide, swing, parasol, etc.) in the Shelter. Diana interacts with and comments on each toy, adding story context between missions. Completing a full REM series unlocks the Replicating Extraordinaire! trophy. REMs count toward 100% sector completion.
